Maybole Beach - Ayrshire - Scotland

On a visit to Craignure Castle, we took a stroll down to the beach

Wonder how many boats have been tied up here?

Cant you just see the Pirates having a camp here?

 Beautiful scenes

 Arty finds too

 Culzean Castle

 Beach combing

 Oystercatchers

 Back up to the Castle

Great! Wish we were there! What is that round building?

Hi Immac love your photos but as I'm born and bred in Ayrshire I think you've got a bit confused with our beaches and castles. The fine castle in your photos is the stunning Culzean Castle which has it's own five mile stretch of beach. Glad your enjoying my neck of the woods :)

I thoroughly enjoyed this jaunt along the beach. That huge rock is interesting. I like the artsy pictures you got, and that castle looks good to me.

A fine series - documenting the fine side of Scotland, and some of the things people do to it.

Your legs and eyes are in fine working order to get these shots! That was quite a kike. And a fantastic bird to head up the show1

I'm a bit out of breath, Stewart, after tramping along the beach and pathways with you. Fantastic shots - what a tour !
