header Challenge 21-12-11 - Christmas - = By Dave.

This week - its our Head Banger Dave  who picked our theme
and whats better than  -CHRISTMAS-

My music and song is ""When a child is born"" sung by The Moody Blues.
So listen and watch and enjoy.

My Header is  - When a Child is Born
When our Lord Jesus was born in a stable.
A few weeks ago - Manthorpe Village Church (nr Grantham) held a flower festival
and their theme was  = A Story from the Bible.
My Header is taken from their Church Flower Festival and the Display is
When a Child is Born - in flowers.

Hope you enjoy.

My Posts are from St Johns Church - Grantham and from their Christmas Tree Festival
So I hope you enjoy looking at this Church and its Christmas Tree Festival

Now- Good fellow Bloggers - go see the other Headbangers what their take of Christmas is like.
You will find these good folk on my side bar - just near my shield.

Good Luck.

Great Christmas post, Stewart... I was interested in your header... We never see Lilies this time of year here.. Lilies are used at Easter --and Poinsettias are used at Christmas. Interesting --the differences...

Love the church --and their Christmas trees.. I'd take most any of them except that PINK one. Yipes!!!!! ha ha

Merry Christmas.

I love the lights and glitter that this time of year brings. To me it is magical and people are more happy than at any time of year. I want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. Enjoy your sweet family.

I like the simplicity of your header. Using a floral display to depict the manger scene is truly unique. All of the Christmas trees in the church are beautiful.

Thanks for a wonderful post. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas.

Thats a very pink Christmas tree in one of your shots.

Certainly an unusual use of flowers. Did anyone try to make a camel by any chance?

Merry Christmas, my friend.

I get Christmas feelings with your post ! The trees look so nice (except the pink one which I don't like) I prefer green and natural and when there are kids colorful, but not too much.
