Lands End - Model Village

Well, the last thing I expected was a Model Village at Lands End.
It was quite good tho, well built and really looks old fashioned.

What size are those models? Are they miniatures or life size?

I'm catching up again mac (sounds like a familiar refrain).

Been following along on your tour to Land's End - I think I was near there a few weeks ago - at 38,000 ft - when flying back home from Rhodes !

Very interesting countryside ! Look forward to more of the scenery.

this patchwork landscape just in front of the see in your post below reminds me so much the area around Eastbourne, which is in some sense also the continuation of Cornwall. This mini village looks so cute !

So yesterday afternoon I was out in the Market Garden shooing chickens out from under my feet and I was wondering (please no geographical laughing at me) if where you were visiting was where my daughter's Red Cornish Chickens were from originally. Since they are in the English class of chickens, as opposed to American, Mediteranian, Asiatic, or Continental, I knew they were from England. But then the whole Cornwall and Cornish thing and so I was wondering and I think I found my answer in the photo that says "Cornish mine house". Any who, all that to say, I am enjoying your photos and they are causing me to be entertained while I work. Thanks.

Just the place for a portable Imac :-)

Had to look twice before I saw it was a model.

Look good models. Shame there isn't anything around so you can judge the scale.
