It's on my list!
Just beautiful!
Thanks for your comment on Sandy. Our immediate area seem to have survived without major damage. The power folks will be busy for a few days.
I have never been there. Claude Monet is my favourite artist. Gorgeous photos!
Yes it's a beautiful place and I even painted the bridge (not so good as Monet of course ;))
I appreciate your kind sentiments regarding those who are affected by Hurricane Sandy. Who would have thought that there would be a serious impact as far inland as Chicago, but there were warnings on the radio this morning to stay away from Lake Michigan. Yikes!
Monet's Garden looks like a wonderful place to visit. I'd be afraid though, that my wife would come away from that with ideas of more work for me to do at home. :-O
Oh, my my! Utter gorgeousness. I will one day visit there too but meanwhile I can feast upon these gorgeous shots. Thank you!
I would love to see this garden. I have seen his water lilies up close, and they are rich in the life of this place.
I may not make it to France, so I'm very grateful to you for sharing these photos with us. Your pictures are every bit as beautiful as Monet's paintings.
Ah, that's still on my bucket list, Stewart. Fabulous shots, and of course my favourite is the water lilies !
And the bygone days pump brought back some memories of bygone days.
A Garden of Beauty indeed :-)
I have never been there...but I have one of his paintings? Does that count? :)) (Print, of course...sigh.)
Lovely photos as usual, my friend.
Hugs,
J.
