I love these photos and can't wait to see the answer.
You have done yourself proud this time! :-)
I'm not at all sure of all these questions and photos, but I have done my best, nothing more can be asked of any Viking :-)
1) Isn't that your DW on the bridge? I know this bridge! It is called the Bridge of Death (Monte Python), at the Gorge of Eternal Peril. How did she ever get past the Keeper?
2) That would be Brother Wilfredo de la Mancha. He preceded the famous Jim Elliott as missionary to the hostile Waodani people of Equador, and tried to bridge the cultural gap by building their first Dairy Queen restaurant. This statue commemorates his attempt to offer a soft-serve chocolate/vanilla swirl in a sugar cone... just before he was martyred.
3) This is a trick question. That is not in a city at all. That is the chapel on board the Oasis of the Seas. Newly constructed, it is the largest luxury liner in the world.
4) This one was the most difficult to find, but here, we are looking at the "Utilidors" of Disney World. It is the employees-only, behind-the-scenes part of Magic Kingdom where cast members shuttle themselves around. The scooter is leaning against the back entrance to the "It's a Small World" attraction.
Cleverly done, Stewart! You must have enjoyed the memories of the places visited for these images. I certainly enjoyed your view of the world as I scrolled and searched for answers to the clues.
Oh drats! I missed another post....and another chance to have a smile at Craver's answers.
Who will win? Well, since I've already been to the last post in the phun prize, I know...but I still enjoyed each photo and comment. I love reading others' comments.
Smiles,
Jackie
