Pontcysyllte Aquaduct

1) = OK, who's going across 1st.

2) = Hanging from the side, wooo is your head spinning yet?

3) = Narrow Canal, shear drop just over that rim, fancy a look??

4) = Wheee, all is going dizzy and spinning around.

  3. O.K. S, that's just creepy...at first glance, I thought the walkway was only half the width it actually is because of the shadows...even with the rail, I'd have to hang on...cool pics...the canal is a mystical place...

  11. Never seen anything like it before, where does the water go and why is the water there in the first place? You had a nice walk didn't you getting to that place from the below pic you had the other day!

  13. I'll pass on that one--I don't even do bridges well and there are some I must do with my eyes closed. But do tell us where we should go for other walks and hikes when we come to the UK this summer. (We'll be hiking n the Scottish Highlands for a week but have to plan the rest of the trip.)

  14. Fantastic structure. The 'other' side of the viaduct looks very thin. Reckon most folk would stay inside their cabins for that crossing. Nicely captured yet again!
