I think these are the lines of a parachute such as those used in your previous post. So I'm guessing the parachutist on one end and the parachute on the other.
I'm too late but I guess a kite and a child on the other end.
I´m late and perhaps the right answer has been found already so I go for another direction. I say there is a person on one end and lot of dogs on the other end.
