I wonder why that bank-sign was upside down - did you come across Major Roadworks? - I wonder if he was Sergeant Roadworks before he got promotion
Oh I like to see how things work where you live and they are a lot like what we would see here. Except flagmen usually don't have signs or flags.
That first one really tickled my funny-bone. No wonder there are stories about Irishmen...Did you visit Newgrange?

Great set of posts as always - the scenery in Ireland looks pretty much like parts of the lakes - I've never been.
I am enjoying this trip. Lots of pretty scenery and an old man's tale. LOL

All these photos were taken from the coach, as we were going through the different roadworks along the way.
