My Header

What a beauty

I can hear you say, ah", Macs gone for the easy shot"

But -- far from it - 

While on the steps trimming some growth that had spread, I noticed this Iris and the inside - can't recall of having seen this before, I had to photograph this shot.

I had to swop the step ladder for a smaller one, then fixed my camera on my mono pod and leaned across the top step, with my camera and mono pod underneath me, focussing as best I could, capturing the outer petals, on how they lay positioned showing their veins and holding their centre piece - whitish, showing yellow edges and  hairs and with purple double stripes in the centre.

So there was no contest between my pics this week, this had to lead my Macro shots for this weeks challenge Header.
