Ebbing Tide at St Ives

This was our 6th year running - we have visited St Ives,
and every time we arrive - we feel we have arrived home.
Its strange, but we always have this sense that any stress just
falls away, and look forward to two weeks of relaxation whatever
the weather, which so far, has been wonderful - sunny - warm
and only a small amount of rain.
The Air, the Light, is so different from anywhere else, that is
why most Artists just love St Ives.

Hi Stewart, We enjoy going to the same places over and over. We always feel like our little cabin at Mt. Nebo is like HOME...

Great picture... What a marvelous place.

This is a beautiful picture. I see what you mean by the light at St. Ives. We've been going to the same beach area for six years and I know how you feel about feeling at home when you arrive.

I won't be long, duck, I'm just popping down the beach for a while, see what I can find. If only! :o)

It really is a gorgeous place. Magnificent capture, my friend! I love the colour of the water, highlighted by the whitecaps. Great shot! :o)
