Awesome cultural experience. So that's what a pan pipe looks like...they sound awesome, as we have a hand held one but those large ones must be incredible. Amazed at the headdress...thanks so much for sharing Stewart. BlessYourWeek and YourHeart
The pan flutes look like they might be doing music from the Andes, but I have never seen anyone in Peru or Bolivia with that kind of headdress. (My wife's ancestry is Bolivian.)

Rain dance perhaps? Hope your MIL is doing fine.
ReplyDeleteAndean street musicians wearing Native American ceremonial garb? I like the sound of pan pipes.
ReplyDeleteThere must be a story behind how New World instruments and headgear ended up in Berwick. I'll bet they sounded wonderful, however.

ReplyDeleteMac: They must of gone to England after we took over in the USA.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure you are in Berwick England and not Berwick, Pennsylvania? Nice shot though.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE seeing their traditional head gear... worn with jeans... :o) Great photos, very interesting to peer into for a while. :o)
