The pan flutes look like they might be doing music from the Andes, but I have never seen anyone in Peru or Bolivia with that kind of headdress. (My wife's ancestry is Bolivian.)

There must be a story behind how New World instruments and headgear ended up in Berwick. I'll bet they sounded wonderful, however.
