By the year 2125 - it may be possible to transport living creatures and ourselves from one place to another by Time pods with splitting ourselves into portions - transporting from 1 pod to another pod - to our choice of destination - then putting the portions of ourselves together again.

I heard that IBM holds the patent for this but the biggest problem is getting all of the protons to reassemble in the right places. :)
