I'm sure I've seen this before. Around Easter perhaps? But it's still a great, simple picture.

I love the Cross...I know that it evokes memories of pain and suffering for my Lord...but it symbolizes freedom for me...and you have taken a beautiful photo of it. I like the combination of the light and darkness of your background.
Thank you, Imac. A photograph that makes me stop... think, remember, and give thanks. Lovely....

Just beautiful !
The 1st of November whole Belgium moves and the streets are fully packed. Everybody suddenly remembers that they have a relative on the cimetary so they hurry from one to another even in different towns(the country is so small so it is feasable in one day) drop their Chrisanths, hurry home to have a nice meal and then forget again for a whole year ! I could never get used to this tradition. During the whole year a Belgian cimetary looks dull and sad without flowers and then suddenly it becames a flower fair for one day !

Excellent... something so well balanced from someone so un-balanced... ;o) Hope you both enjoyed the Halloween weekend and you had more treats than tricks.
