Blackberry picking
DW picking black -berries , not for cooking tho, for using to dye some material for her stitching and sewing meetings.
Also something else was after the berries---a beauty of a Dragon-Fly.
The colors on the dragonfly are amazing. They look like a piece of jewelry.
ReplyDeleteSunny :)
love your new dragon fly header...so lovely.
ReplyDeleteand enjoyed reading about the berry picking.
have a wonderful week.
I've seen enough of you stuff now.... I'm off to view the handy work of your DW.... ;O)
ReplyDeleteGood thing I wasn't here to help. Half of the ones picked would have wound up in my stomach!
ReplyDeleteThere's that beautiful dragonfly!
ReplyDeleteBlackberries...mmmmm...stirs a wonderful memory of Mama's blackberry cobbler....the best!
The dragonfly looks like beautiful jewelry. It makes a great header.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! Will wait for the finished result on J's blog!
ReplyDeleteQuite beautiful, iMac. I like the blackberries and would love to see and taste them.
ReplyDeleteNice post.
Mac: I like to eat blackberries, I will check out DW work.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I wouldn't want to eat some of the berries found by the roadside these days. As kids we'd eat anything though.
ReplyDeleteThat dragonfly probably had to fight off other critters to be able to be there.
ReplyDeleteI hope you got to sample at least a little of the berries.
I really like that picture of the dragonfly. I enjoyed reading what DW did with the blackberries, but I still think I would be tempted to eat them!
