EXHIBITION.
The Photos you would like to see in an Exhibition.
this was my choice this week.
The reason for this theme is (as Christopher knows) I have an Exhibition coming up on the first 2 weeks of October,
At Granthams Guildhall of Arts in their cafe.
My theme is
The Art and Magic of Photography.
I'm showing 34 pieces of Photography ranging from
The Beauty of Art -to- The Dramatic and magic
of Photography.
My music also is a beautiful piece and very dramatic
Mendelssohn - Hebrides overture (Fingals Cave)
My header had to be a Dramatic photograph
which is Londons Eye - looking down over london - also catching the pod in front with folk in
some taking photos and someone looking over Westminster.
My Posts have two Beautiful photos to the eye very simple but very beautiful
and
two very dramatic photos showing the Magic of Photography.
Simple but Beautiful
This one is Simply a Lily
Now for the Dramatic
This one is = Granthams Guildhall.
Note the time on the clock - Dramatic or what?
Please go and visit the other Headbangers also our Newest member Richard Mcguire and see their take on the theme of Exhibition.
Good Luck.

This is going to be quite a show! If these are examples it'll be a very successful exhibition.
'Ripples and Reflections' and 'Lily' are fantastic pieces. Simple and beautiful. I love 'em!
Mac:: Your artistic showing should make for a great exhibition. I enjoyed seeing the Eye during the Olympics.
Ooh - congrats on your exhibition! I love the ripples and reflections photo - classy!
I see that I ought to visit Grantham in October, for this looks exciting!
Only - one of our daughters is expecting a child in the beginning of October ...
Good look with the venture and I hope for for glimpses of it later :-)
ART.....I love!
Wow---wish we could be there to see your exhibition... It will be awesome I'm sure. Your photography is GREAT.... Congrats!!!!!

These photos are beautiful, magical and dramatic. I sure wish I could get over there to see your exhibit.
Will be popping over to see them in the flesh, as it were
Nicely captured. What did you tweak them with photoshop or some other software?
My preference is for the natural ones, but I had to go check to see if I had almost that exact view from the Eye. Alas, I had the same window, a little closer, one himself took of me and another that I took of him. Seattle now has an "eye" clone on the waterfront. Much smaller but the largest on the West Coast. We did not ride it.
Your photos are amazing. I wish I could see the show in person.
Ripples and Reflections seems to be offering a message in Greek.
Wow, Stewart - those ARE dramatic. And I really love that header ! That Granthams Guildhall looks downright spooky ... ready for a Hitchcock scene ! Beautiful place for a showing - congrats !
Took a jog through a lot of other recent posts I'd missed - a great series of wonderful shots !
Awesome exhibition, congratulations! :)
Wonderful art here, thanks for sharing!

Wow -- your shots are magnificent! So much beauty.
Love the header shot too. I'm afraid I might be too scared to take shots that high up!
The header is terrific !
Maybe you should illustrate horror stories ! lol !
What a wonderful thing...your artistic eye is right on ;)
you wondered about the bananas...they provide the potassium he needs for leg muscle spasms from standing on ladders too long...thanks for stopping
BlessYa
All absolutely gorgeous and that header is a stunner!
Great and super pictures, certainly the first one. Simple but powerful.
Greetings,
Filip
All deserving of an exhibition! My favorite is the first - clean lines and a contrasting set of rings.
YOUR exhibition is going to be amazing- and I would love to see it. WOW. I am also crazy about that header (again). I have an Art Trail from 1-16 September so will be showing 10 pieces of my art too. OH and BTW I have retired, as of 3 weeks ago. Yippppeeee after 43 years in the classroom, I have decided to hang up my 'chalk'!
Such exquisite shots!
I like the contrast and geometry from your header!
The Ripples and Reflections is excellent as well.
