Shanklin Chine 2

What a pity we have a school trip going around the Chine, so not a lot of chance to meet wild life - me thinks, but we can show you what we will miss. - Carved Red Squirrel and Mr and Mrs carved Fox.

Here's our 1st bridge we have to cross - with a little stream running thru the Gorge.

Been awhile, so I skipped back to catch up what I had missed. All those statues and the perfect drip. I really like those carvings. Especially the foxes.

What a cute little bridge. A hop, a skip and a jump you are over it

At least this squirrel and the foxes posed very nicely so you could get their pictures.

Sorry to say, but school trips should be banned, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, neighbors, friends, that who should be with the sweet little buggers, so that they can see the wildlife, not be it. The carvings are quite nice indeed.
