Holy Island cont

This painting hangs on the wall in one of the rooms in the Castle, sadly I cant find the Artists sig, but it sure grabs your attention as you walk into the room, and you are allowed to photograph it, but as all pics in the castle - you cant use flash.

The header pot boys are named after my Bill and grandson Ben..LOL
The painting is captivating. There is just something intriguing about a dark sky overlooking it all.

that is a beautiful painting! perhaps on the back of the painting is the artist info. strange isn't it? I love the seating for the servants in the castle....actually very nice! I would dine there anytime next to a warm harth and blazing fire!

Good they allow you to photograph inside - I've been a few times but never been inside.
