This is definitely arty. I don't know which way they're leaning, but at least they are doing it in unison.
I think you found some sunchairs mac, which, like sunflowers, follow the sun across the sky ! Very nice shot - and a keen eye!
It looks like they are bouncers blocking your way through the entrance behind them, great find.
