Olive Farm - Tuscania

After our short visit to Tuscania, we had a short coach ride to this Farm house and shop to see where they grow the olives to make their olive-oil.
We were invited into the shop for a glass of wine and to taste all their flavours of olive oil, with crusty bread and a selection of meats and cheeses, we were then invited to buy their olive oils, of which we bought 2 types.
The next post will be a tour around their farm and house.

That must be place for me - I take a spoonful of olive oil each morning. A delightful setting and one more place to put on our list of where to go.

Olive oil is something I often use. It must be very interesting to visit places like that and I love the architecture you have shown.
