Pigeons on ice

Also my visits have been on ice today, as I have been downloading my pics from Lincoln from Thurs visit and I can confirm that I have shots from inside the Cathedral, which I hope you all will enjoy.

Mac: Great shot with a neat reflection. How many pigeons does it take to crack the ice? Why, more then you have shown.

I think their feet are stuck in the ice!

Nice header :o) Have a good weekend!

Oh their poor little feets! I really like the way you can see so much detail in the reflections. Great capture!

Your pigeons look different from the ones I saw in Chicago. I thought those were seagulls at first.

Great shot. Love the reflections. I always wonder how they keep those tiny feet from freezing off. If I could knit I would make little bird socks.

I love the pattern the pigeons make. And the shadows on the ice. If I were a pigeon, I would be most unhappy resting on ice. :-)

I wondered if any one would notice my Deliberate mistake - that these are Gulls and not Pigeons.
Well spotted Craver and Rune. Also anyone else too.

Aren't those seagulls?

Nice photo... I remember the other day when my family and I were watching pigeons landing on the ice of a frozen fountain. It was so funny how they slipped at landing. :)
God bless you!
