This little chappie was dipping and diving quite a few times, not just dipping - but diving too, so I just could'nt catch him ass end up, he just disappeared.
I was pleased tho that I captured him with water droplets on his back and in the air when he came up.

Lovely pictures !
We can only assume he was getting himself quite a feast. You got some wonderful detail with those water droplets.
Cute :o)
I enlarged the photo to see the water droplets. Excellent catch.
Beautiful photos. I love the way you capture the colors in the water.
Excellent photos. I think this is some type of Grebe. Also a lot of other wonderful photos on your blog. You truly have an eye for exceptional photos.
Neat! I could observe birds forever!
Great pictures, Mac. I like the details--including the water drops.

Like water off a duck's back! Wonderful pictures.
Sunny :)
I guess you could have held his head under water and got a bum shot in the air, lol. Cute photos, they quacked me up!
More showing off with your liquid water and cute birds...
They are extremely quick - beats the conjurers, not to mention the photographers!
I like the reflections in the water, but the water droplets on this little fella's back make it an especially nice catch.
Mac: That photo is just ducky my friend.
