Bluebell woods.

Whats more beautiful - than a stroll through a wood full of Bluebells. The Bluebell rings out its tune as the sun shines through its petals.
The path winds as the sun catches the trees and casts shadows.

The lone carefree stroller enjoying Nature at its best.

Miss Bluebell takes a rest and reflects on life, Nature as the day comes to a close.

Dont forget to enlarge and enjoy.

Naturescape Wild Flower Farm(2)

Last Sunday we took a trip to Naturescape wild flower park just about 12 miles from where we live, a very enjoyable trip and place, but we have promised ourselves another trip in June-July when all the wild flowers are out in full bloom.
Here we have a few posts to show you what we captured now.
You wont get lost here there are these signs to show you just where everything is. The cowslip field, what a beautiful flower this is, so simple but what a stunner.

This is the wildlife pond-just wait till next visit, can you imagine the wildlife then.

Here you can see the reflections of the puffy white clouds.

Here is the Dragonfly pond, beautiful, you can see by the reflections (my fav shots) that Sunday was a warm and sunny day.
Just wait till next time - I've heard that its a dragonfly paradise.
To be continued.

Photographic Poet Post (2)

BEYOND.
(c) 1994 = by Mr. S. Mackinder.
-
-What is Beyond, Beyond the furthest star,

Is there life Beyond, Beyond so far,

What sort of life would it be,

Would it be like you and me?
-

Could that life be far behind ours,

Or could they have the greater powers,

Who would be first to make contact,

And how would the others react?

-

Will the two Worlds be at war,

Who's animal instinct will come to the fore,

Or, will all war like instinct cease,

And the two Worlds live in total peace?.

Parallels Of Time.

Parallels Of Time.
by S. Mackinder (c) April 1994.

Who can explain the past, present, the future as well,

Are they lines that run along side by side parallel,

Could it be the atmospheric weather,

Which brings them to entwine together,

To create some strange phenomenon to appear,

Causing the spine to chill with fear,

Some folk would freeze on the spot and look agast,

When confronted with an apparition from the past,

Or - is it all in the mind that holds the key,

Should we unlock the minds door for everyone to see??.

This name was first used on Monday 30th September 1935, and apart from the hiatus due to the Second World War, survived for some years after steam locomotives ceased to haul it. Originally starting at Harrogate and a regular Peppercorn class A1 turn south of Doncaster, the 2009 Yorkshire Pullman ran from London King’s Cross to York and back with Tornado hauling the luxurious VSOE British Pullman train.
