Header Competition 25-11-09

This weeks Header competition, I was somewhat in a Dilemma. ?????
Whether I Froze MOVEMENT in a photo - or - I tried to show MOVEMENT within my photo.
For my Header itself, I went for the showing of MOVEMENT within a photo, and for the Post I went for Freezing MOVEMENT.

My MOVEMENT Header, this week I present for your delight --
"Jumping Through Time"

My Post Photos are "MOVEMENT frozen in Motion"

1) = Jumping with Joy
2) = Dripping Tap
3) = Crashing Waves
4) = Crashing INTO The Waves.

Mac: What a neat series of photos you were able to capture. That horse is so neat through the motion of time.

I think I must say that I think you captured the best photos of movement. Fishing guy did good but I like yours better.

Awesome work imac! They are all excellent with jumping through time absolutely superb!

I do think though that you had a touch of "buck fever" shooting the doe :)

I'm glad didn't have to choose a winner this week. I'll admit that I liked both your 'Jumping Through Time' and 'Crashing Waves'. Both showed great motion.

Great photos. I love the header. Looks like 3-D.

I wish I had time to be more creative. It is all work for me. Get call. Jump in car. Drive to wherever. Take photo (nothing is ever as it should be -lighting, info, story line, timing). Write down information (how do you spell your name? What are you doing?). Jump in car. Go home. Run upstairs. Upload photos to computer. Look at clock (eeks, almost deadline). Edit photos (which one do I like?). Type in info. Hit send button. And do it all over again. And again. And again. Except most of the time, I am sending photos from my laptop wherever I happen to be. The deadlines are the creative killers as well as the misinformation I get before I get to my assignment.

Anyway, I am off until Monday, so doing a little catching up. Happy Thanksgiving from the Eastern Shore.

Well Imac this definately shows movement, in fact it's making me dizzy. Jumping through time is a great header. All your movement shots are, well moving.
But so far Darla has it. Off to see Tom-ass.

Your movement photos are excellent, especially the water ones and the deer. You are my winner.

Brilliant! The way you caught the surfer is absolutely superb, but the header... WOW! That combination of timing plus effect knocked me out of my seat! Marvelous, Imac. Simply marvelous.
