Dream story part 3

Tis no good - I say upon waking up. I gets up and start walking along the muddy river bed.
I guess it would be 3-4 miles that I walked, as I turn a corner of this muddy bed I notice the mud a lot drier, so further along and its now dry cracked mud, so I walk across and reach the other side.

A little way more and its wet, but I manage and come to dry sand.
walking up this as it slopes up a bank - w0w what a delight to see at the top, but a field full of poppies.

To be continued.

Where was that poppy field, Mac?
Have you been to Afghanistan?

Dried mud and poppies - are we on our way to Flanders and 1918?

I barely blinked and suddenly found three installments of Imac's meanderings. Very cool. I hope you find your way home, but don't worry; we'll keep you company along the way.
