Heading for Geiranger

On Deck at 5am.
Bright and early
The early bird catches the worm - so to speak.

No one around - except for the early deck walker doing the mile.

What a great feeling, the sun just about breaking through.
Saga Ruby gliding through still waters.
A few ripples as we glide along.
Snow on the mountains in the distance.

Heaven on Earth.

8AM

Now down to a full English Breakfast - oh joy.

I liked the post yesterday too -- by the way.

I like all of these photos. I wish I could get out and about nowadays but this oxygen thing and breathing is a problem.

This has been the coldest July ever recorded here in Ohio where we live. And it was only 59 F here this morning. So August is starting out OK but I fear a climate change is on the way and each year it will disrupt the lives of more birds and butterflies.

You've beautifully captured the magic of a sunrise at sea. The mountains on the horizon are a wonderful bonus. Thank you.

You have now been to a part of Norway eher I haven't been. Shame on me and lucky you - and thank you for sharing these wonders.

The new header is gorgeous - keep that for a while k?

I see two frogs, baby and mama, in the first photo. I see Darth Vader hiding out in the next one. I love all of the shots of early morning with their cold blues.

What was your full English breakfast? I can only think of tea and crumpets.
