What a magical feast these photos are! I mentally hug myself with glee at their beauty. The transparency of the dragonfly's wings and their fragility is such a contrast to the density of the bison's matted coat. And the swan - well, it leaves me speechless...e
Well done with them all Imac... if I was pushed to pick the one I like best.. it as to be the swan for me... you have captured it in such a graceful pose... were you thinking of Julie when you took this? :O)
I really like elephants. I think they are great animals. I just started reading "Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen because I've been reading really good reviews about it.

Great captures Mac.
Your house must be crowded having all these pets. :)
Wonderful pictures of creatures great and small. I especially like the swan picture with the reflection in the water.
The first photo looks familiar.
Great series. Love the photos!
Excellent shots! I especially like the first two... the massive elephant and tiny dragonfly! Well done... all of them!
I like the swan for the reflection but the bison is the unusual one.
beauties all. i have tagged you my friend, see my blog.
What a contrast Imac! First an elephant and then the dragonfly!
Great idea for a post and a good choice of pics to illustrate. .
Well done my friend!
You must have been around - or at least at a zoo. However - the important point is that you made an important point!
Did you shoot these wonderful pictures in a zoo ?
