Welcome to my choice of theme this week folks.
"A memorable Moment in your Life"
Now this could be portrayed anyway you want.
Getting Married? - Winning an Award? - Buying you 1st Car?
There's a whole host of things?
Being Knighted by the Queen.
Hahaha, some hope for me.
Although Sir Mac sounds good - dunit.lol
No seriously though
The world is your oyster.
Mine is (as you see in my Header)
The day I got engaged and asked Julie for her hand in Marriage
yes - I did it the proper way - down on one knee.
This was back in 2004 on Christmas Eve.
My post pics shows Julie putting my engagement ring on my finger
and the Kiss to seal our promise to each other.
I must apologise for the quality of the photos
which were scanned and of low DPIs from a film camera.
(those were the days - lol)
Our Witness was Jessie MIL who also took the photos.
Gee - do I look happy(lol) and only a tint of grey hair
Love sealed with a kiss.
Now go see what the other Headbangers and their Moment is.
On my side bar - near my Shield.
Good luck to all.
Sorry to say we are losing Sandy as a Headbanger ---
(good luck in all you do Sandy)
So - now we are looking for someone to be our 6th member.
Do YOU fancy a Challenge?
if so - get in touch.
wow! fantastic header!
ReplyDeleteyou both look great!
love is in the air!
So sweet!
ReplyDeleteAHHHH that is so sweet! I love LOVE photos! She is a lucky woman and you are a lucky man to have found such a beautiful gal! Can you imagine life without a camera now? My children have thousands of photos of their children...and I have just a hand full of them growing up and even less of myself! It just wasn't something we could afford...to buy film and have it developed all the time and 75% of the photos were really DUMB! I am so glad we have instant photos now!
ReplyDeleteThose are wonderful moments you shared with us, Imac. Thank you for allowing us into your home. You feel like family to me; do you know that?
ReplyDelete...Great big hug from me to both of you. God bless you lovebirds!
I'm all amush looking at those photos and reading your blog. What a sweet couple you and Julie are. Like Craver Vii, I feel like 'family'...and send you both great big hugggggs!!!!
