Im Posting my Header and Posts now for next week - As Im taking a weeks blogging break from Sunday Morning.
The theme for next weeks Header by Lanny is "Whats Bugging You".
Maybe to many things bug me - and thats not to mention The Bugs that bite, lol.
I Guess thats because my birthday is very near and a year older
Grumpy old men come to mind, lol.
(mainly the folk who are in Power)
My Header is taken from Wales at Bodnant Gardens underneath the Laburnam Arch.
What bugged me was I was about to take a photo of DW and my battery died on me, Lucky I had my spare with me.
Dont forget to click and enlarge these photos, whhooooa.
Not many of these bugs about these days - prob from the past-extinct now.
Nature at its best - would be a great shame to loose these bugs (Ladybirds).
Here's another thing that Bugs me - our Planet could be destroyed by our own hands.
For goodness sake lets stop fighting and all strive to work together for Peace.
Dont forget to go and visit the other Headbangers for their version of
"Whats Bugging You".
You will find these great friends of mine on my side bar - just underneath my Header.
Good luck to all.
Well I guess thats all for now - catch everyone in a weeks time.
TTFN - Stewart. (imac).
Hey Stewart...
ReplyDeleteI am looking for any kind of bugs. I like your VW bug. I had not seen that model yet.
Also...
Thanks for stopping at my blog with all the words. I betcha didn't read all the words though. If I had set out a pint I bet you would read all the words. Maybe twice?
Tell your friends about me and see what they have to say. You will learn that I do give pints away. It is a hell of a long drive to get it though.
I might even give away something special one of these days.
The spider VW is quite something!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
Cezar
Cool bugs! That header shot is amazing. Thank goodness you had a spare battery.
ReplyDeletethe spider VW is absolutely amazing!
ReplyDeleteMarvelous close up in the first shot, and very enjoyable photos all round. I find myself getting a real interest in the insect world since I can see all the details in macro's such as yours. Loved your header shot too.
ReplyDeleteWow! The battery thing bugs me, too! We all learn that one the hard way.
ReplyDeleteYour other shots are a lot of fun. I used to have one of that extinct variety. Now I feel old....!
That's smart of you to carry an extra battery. I do when I carry my own camera and bag, but recently grabbed my DW's camera as we were running out the door, and used up all the power quickly. :-(
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good time where ever you are. I love the Laburnum arbor! I don't really like Golden Chain trees and I recieved three free ones this year with an order. I was complaining to Bet just the other day, I don't know where to plant something I don't really like. But now, thanks to you, now I have a fresh opinion of them! Perhaps I'll make an arbor of them. Hmm I might need a few more.
ReplyDeleteMac: Interesting posting, I guess I took it to literally and went for the insects.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning header. Love the arch.
ReplyDeleteA happy birthday to you Stewart-- though I suppose because of time differences I have missed it.
ReplyDeleteThe word verification is blesseds. I hope your birthday has been blessed.
You have my support - in addition to admiration :-)
ReplyDeleteHave nice summer - both of you!
I am sending you a BIG happy birthday wish GOM, enjoy it and count your blessings, I always try to (what else is there at our age? Ha ha)...I loved my vw bug- my very first car in the 70's.
