To bring photos from my minds eye - to the public through the lens of my Nikon D90 ∧ D80
What an amazing photo. But I find it hard to believe that you would know anything at all about growing old!
Your Header is amazing. Scary too.As for growing old, the wood looks as tho it's lived through some rough 'branches' in it's lifetime...BlessYourHeart
Oh gosh, I hope my limbs are not that knotted when I grow old... But a great shot - very serene!
Retirement? retyrement!
It is a striking photo...
At least it can rest, lots of us oldies are still having to 'drag' ourselves to work every day! Hugs to you today.
at last were able to comment properly.. what a great shot and i love the title of the post, too.
Hmmm, I feel about as gnarly as this branch but far less rested. Perhaps I'll take a nap today sans the wire perch.
I'm fascinated by what one sees when looking closely at trees and this my friend is a fine example. A little rest sounds nice too.
