Neat picture of the flowers on the bench.. Makes me wonder what the history was --regarding them... Hope there was a 'happy' ending instead of a sad ending.
I love lakes... The reflections are great... But --no thanks to the shopping for this gal... I despise shopping!!!! Betsy
I have really enjoyed all these posts Mac, it looks like a great place to visit and spend some time. Fascinating sculpture and it's been a long time since I blew through a Ford!
Somehow, I missed this post and it's a cracker! the shot of the bench with the roses and the couple walking away in the distance is brilliant! You have composed it and captured it extremely well. You should print and frame that one for sure.

Dear Imac,
ReplyDeleteThose red roses in the bench ...it's a lovely idea, so romantic picture!
This lake is very special and beautiful!

I never decline an invitation to walk by a lake. Thanks for taking us! :o)
ReplyDeleteI like how you hide your name in the pics, but couldn't find it in the mill shot--that last one.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what the back story is behind those flowers on the bench. It is so appropriate to see that couple walking away together.
You post faster that poor old man can keep up with :-)
ReplyDeleteMarvellous, all of them.
You certainly get around! I don't know how Julie ever gets any textile work done! Lovely shots!

I was really enjoying our walk around the lake until we got to those shops. In spite of what Betsy says, she is still a woman.

ReplyDeleteMac: I love the lake and would like to cast a line into it to see what we could find.
