DW did a great job - fantastic pebbles - and I bet she was waiting with her pocket handkerchief to mop up the soggiest bits of your attire when you stood up...
This made me smile. I remember actually getting down in a gutter once to take an upward shot of a statue without any other background to interfere with the shot. That's the first time my husband realized I had been badly bitten by the shutter bug.
I must say you will get soaked.
