Mac: The only place I would find water is if the boat was on the lake.
What fun, lovely photo of you there, you look quite the professional :)
I wished I could participate !!
You look the seasoned safari bod!!!LOL Dressed for the part. What a lovely surname it makes too.
Water in the church?
Love Granny
You look quite pro in that photo. And it actually works - that's amazing, like magic! I wonder if the church was the site of a Holy Well. I also wonder if the vicar let you dig for it? :-)
Did yu look in the font?
Thare's yewzly sum in thare.
Big yes to the Dorothy Bear idea, by the way!!!

Divining or two-handed fast draw?
You're certainly dressed for the part. The mountaineers here in East Tennessee still use divining rods to find water.
My mate showed this to me a while back... I had tried in the past to 'devine' with no luck... but my mate as it off to a 'T'.
And what would you do if you found water? Ha, drill a well I bet :)
I tried dowsing - but I picked up Lay Lines - not water! Fantastic stone pics - especially the giant Polo...
I'm loving all your travels Sandy
