Darn - and I have been there! :-)
ReplyDelete(Though I have not read the book).
It´s a futuristic place to visit. That book was a bit too complicated for me. Entertaining but annoying.
ReplyDeleteNice series of shots Mac
ReplyDeleteWhen the photo was first posted I thought of the glass pyramid at the Louvre. It was not there when I was there. I am dating myself.
ReplyDeleteThank You :-D
ReplyDeleteI've never visited the place, or read the book...but that's a fantastic skylight! I can't help thinking though that it'd be better if there wasn't the pyramid on the floor - and you could lie directly under it.
ReplyDeleteCool pics. I especially like the goat in the header.
ReplyDeleteSimply gorgeous shots, imac!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
I LOVE That book and movie! so I knew it right off!
ReplyDeleteWill be missing you my friend but I will be back in a week
Love n hugs Laura
Stewart, I love your new header photo. It made me smile.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'll have to read the book again. I had forgotton that.
ReplyDeleteGosh i visited here some years ago. What a wonderful time we had!
ReplyDeleteYou stumped me, but I do like your photos. Unfortunately I've never been to the Louvre.
ReplyDeleteNicely done. The glass pyramid is an unusual entrance to the grand old building.
ReplyDeleteMac: I knew it from the movie from when I saw recently and couldn't bring it back, growing old is tough.
ReplyDeleteThat's spectacular. I know the image from the top but have never seen it from below. Great shots!
