My World (12)
Continuing our walk along Granthams Canal - Taking in the plant life -A little rest - leaning on the fence and just gazing around -
Until we reach the Watering Hole - The Dirty Duck. We take our pint outside and watch -
The graceful swans on the Canal.
Grantham Canal to be continued at a later date. - Next week - we visit Belvoir Castle for an outside concert with Catherine Jenkins.... so hope to see you all there?.
Now that's a lovely walk culminating in a little time at the pub. The Dirty Duck is a fine name for such establishment I believe. Out here, there is a Mallard Room, which is a watering hole as well. Now why are these establishments named after ducks?????
Again a great set of images. Love the seeds been blown from the flower head. well captured. Thanks for sharing your world with us and thanks for your kind comments.
Dirty Duck and clean Swan - an unusual combination in a lovely place.
