Beautiful! I love decorative jars like this. They became really popular in some local restaurants. I suppose it's a waste to have food sitting around as nothing but decoration, but they look so gorgeous.
Looks like good home canning to me! Mine will be up in a couple hours. Thought I would comment sicne I was here for the critter blog and also wrote a note on th hotel one. Ü
Can't wait for the rest of the story. I always wander if people actually eat this stuff in the jars, I like the looks of them but never bought one. And i am always an early bird since i have nothing to do at night.
