Time to visit Whitby N.Yorkshire
Its time to visit Whitby in N Yorkshire for a day, 1st we do some window shopping. All the soft toys on sale or you might like some sweets or cakes? maybe. But I wouldnt like the Soap Cake, unless you swear a lot haha.
What a great Shop.... I see Whitby as not been visited by the Golly Police... I can still remember the taste of soap... ha! it did not stop me using bad words, but it did clean them up in hearshot of my mother.
Great posts - liked the ones on the railway and Humber bridge. We have similar shots to the links - know someone who worked on the gantries when it was being built. Its a few years since we've been to Whitby, though!
Oooh! My grandson would love that stuffed animal store. He has alot of them and he picks a different one every night to sleep with. Equal time for all of them, he says.

Bad words -- "wash your mouth out with soap" -- and they did.
Your photos are nice and pleasant to see.
The jars of sweets brings back memories of my Mum's shop.
Soap cake looks very nice. Can I eat it?
I like soap cakes,
not in my mouth,
but to make soap operas with ;-)
and I guess I constantly do.
Soap cake for a clean sweet tooth.Followed by a bowell wash

IT is easier to use the liquid soap, then the KID has to swallo...musch faster than taking a bite then chewing...
;)
