Owl about this.

OK my friendly Bloggers - Lets see who can name the Owls, cause, to be honest Im not sure.
All these were taken at a Village called Denton. Every year Bank Holiday Monday Denton holds a street Market, with lots and lots of stalls.Bands playing, raffles, all sorts of stalls from new to second hand. with all manner of items. Theres also beer tents and food tents.

  1. IMHO I think that the top two are Eagle Owls, the middle is a Tawny and the bottom is Barn Owl, which can be very noisy at night!

  9. Gawd - whooooooo knows - not I!!!!

Fabulous birds though - love them. We had a family of Boobooks that nested each year in a tree in our back yard in Australia. The poops were massive on our entertainment area every morning but we loved them and their babies.

  11. Although the place where I work has an owl as a logo, I cannot be of much help here. All I can say is that I am impressed by the pictures and find my way to the beer-tent...
