Log Cabin Post 1

Couple of years ago we found a Log Cabin just outside Pickering, it stands in wooded land and overlooks the North Yorkshire Steam Train Valley. The cabin stands all alone in the woods. There is a cottage nearby and the family who live there are an elderly couple , he works for the chappie who owns the cabin in the wood yard just down the road, but the cottage is hidden by the trees and hedges.

Im giong to post some pics showing the cabin and surrounding area, I think you will fall in love with this - as we did.To see the web site click on log gabin above to take you to the link.

The photos are of

This could have been Norway!

Since you mention Pickering and the railway in North Yorkshire railway, maybe you would enjoy a look at this?
It was taken by a Nokia N70 during the heat wave in 2006. Never mind the commentary - it is in Norwegian.
