Magic Photo, Its beyond me, when photographing the Butterflies in the hot house in Skegness, my lens kept steaming up a little now and then.
I saw this wonderful butterfly flittering by, so up went the camera and click, to my amazement there was no butterfly on the screen, , only the shape of it and its see through shape. Is there any blogger that can tell me why??.
It makes one great photo tho haha.

Interesting but I sure don't know the reason why!
Hmm..interesting shot.
Just curious, what kind of camera do you use? I love all your photos and those close ups of the mushrooms are excellent.
Its a SLR NikonD50 with a macro lens. Iv2scpbk
it is great! Here's a theory, sucked out of a tired and not very logical brain, so make allowances ...:) Perhaps the shadow of the butterfly is being cast on the misted up lens, by the backlighting from the roof of the greenhouse?
I hope to get a Green House for Christmas… Awesome picture…
Awwwwwwww, didn't know you had the Flu! :-(((( So glad it's been beaten into submission though!
I don't have any idea of 'the why' of that photo. But it certainly makes an interesting shot.
Wonder what other photos, with the steam effect, looked like...?

An interesting post. I was not able to decipher it though. Consider it my fault as my brain does not always click but clacks.
WHOA! halloween trick!?!?
Neat shot! Kind of looks like the BAT Signal. You aren't Batman in disguise... are you??
Glad you are better now. Maybe its a ghost butterfly....
Hope you're feeling better. What an amazing story behind that picture.
Just out of curiosity, do you recall what shutter speed you were using?
I'm intrigued ....
Spooooky
