Over the Hills and far away

Hey, its Twangy here, just got in before imac locks his computer cupboard up for his trip with his DW - Over the hills and far away.
He's at the moment packing his suitcase sorting out all his odd socks.
I'd better go before he comes in and shuts down his puter and locks me in the cupboard too.
Cheers for now,
love Twangy.

Deep Reflections

Continuing the Arty theme, this photo at the Deep is called Deep Reflections.
In this part of the tank, there is a mirror at the back, and I'm a sucker for reflections, so I took full advantage of this wonderful idea.

Deep - Movement

At first glance this was heading for the bin, but the movement in this photo in the light blue area caught my eye, and the more I looked at it, the more I liked it.
I guess with being married to an Artist, Lines and patterns have now entered my life and I see my photos in a different way.
"What say you?"

More Fish

Here's our 2nd shot of the fish from the Deep in Hull.
Any of our fish bloggers know any names of these?

From the Deep (1)

We enter and climb the stairs to the top(or take the lift) and then we slowly go round and round and down, looking into the many windows of the Deep tanks.
Regretfully no flash was allowed, so some pics are blured, but you will get the idea of what its like.
Apart from the many kids about, being pushed - shoved, ect, we did however enjoy our trip to the Deep, there are some amazing things here.

The Deep - Hull - yorkshire - UK.

Our 1st port of call in Hull was the Deep.

What a fab looking building it is.

Our coach stopped at the Humber Bridge for coffee before we reached Hull, as we went into the visitors centre, we saw a poster for the Deep, so we purchased our tickets there, and we were real lucky as they were selling their tickets for last years price. 1st stroke of luck
When we arrived at the Deep(being 1/2 term) kids kids and kids, all waiting to buy their tickets,,,,we walked straight through their line and into the entrance, 2nd stroke of luck. OK plenty of kids inside but not enough to make it a dissaster, we really enjoyed our tour.
Tune in tomorrow to see, what we saw.

Imp number 2

If you read the history of the Lincoln Cathedral Imp, you will know that there were 2 Imps, while one was turned to stone by the Angel for reaking havoc in Lincoln Cathedral the other fled, well - I have found the 2nd Imp, he is living in a tree stump just as you are about to travel over the Humber Bridge taking you into Yorkshire.
This story now leads me into my next session of photos which is from Hull and the Deep.

Reflections in Lincoln Cathedral

These - were the main items that caught my eye in Lincoln Cathedral = Reflections.
There are a few more to come, but a little later. I just stood in awe and marveled at these reflections
- the clolours - shapes, all because the sun was shining through the Stained Glass Windows.
My Heart was thumping as I walked around photographing all these reflections.
I was like a little kid when they wake up on a Christmas Morning and find their pillow slip full of presents.
